Paper Sweeties April Release Day 3 - Rainbows and Roses

I have two posts today - new releases for Waltzingmouse and Paper Sweeties.  This is day 3 of the April releases for Paper Sweeties.  The new sets are officially in the Paper Sweeties on line store today!  I thought I'd do something a little different today  and go all CAS on you!.  I know Debbie Marcinkiewicz the creator of the Paper Sweeties is known for her shabby chic style, and I guess I'm leaning more toward the fru fru side myself but sometimes stamps "talk to me" and these ones just wanted to stay pure and clean.   This is a style I am quite envious of and have been working hard to master and come to terms with all that negative space.  So indulge me here if you will - code for "be nice to me"  : )

This card was made with the Rainbows and Roses set that features a rainbow, a cloud with raindrops and some super cute sentiments that will have you singing or wanting to watch The Sound of Music all over again!  I inked up the rolled roses from Make Today Beautiful in colored ink and shaded them in with Copic Markers.
The polka dot flowers from Make Today Beautiful are perfect for inking up in different colors and creating a colorful background.
I just added a few random gems and some colorful twine to finish this one off.
See what the rest of the design team came up with at the Paper Sweeties Blog.  And while you're there  LEAVE A COMMENT.  One random entry from April 8-16 will receive a $20 gift certificate for the Paper Sweeties Store!

See you tomorrow for more new Paper Sweeties and Waltzingmouse releases!

Both cards are wonderful! Love that white frame around all the cute stuff and the colors in the stamped background are so pretty together in the second!
