Serendipity Stamps October Blog Hop!

Thanks for stopping by! It's a great day for a visit! There's lots going on so I hope you take some time to look around!! Serendipity Stamps is having their October blog hop today to show you some of the latest products and remind you to play along with our challenge! Our blog hop theme this month is Celebrate! So you'll see projects for every occasion.. birthday to holiday! If you're following along you should have reached me from my sweet friend Vickie Zimmer's blog. If you want to start from the beginning you can find all the details at Mary's Blog!
This is the Snowman Decorating Tree stamp!  Isn't it fun?   I'm no expert at coloring - but I do really enjoy doing it.  I find it relaxing!   If you love Snowmen (maybe I should say Snow People) you'll find LOTS of them at Serendipity!

I cut the stamped image with the Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Duo 3 die,  Did you know that Serendipity stocks Pretty Pink Posh dies? The stitching is a really nice detail and yes.. that's another Pretty Pink Posh - the Stitched Border along the side.  I love how the stitching on the elements ties everything together.

I added a Simple Merry Christmas Sentiment along the bottom of the raised tag.  The button is adhered with a sticky dot, it helps "ground" the sentiment.
I added some wood look sequins from Serendipity here and there - they add a little whimsy to the design.  No worries about matching them - they go with EVERYTHING!

One more card for you today. This one is really Clean and Simple!

This is the brand new Snowflakes Reverse die!  Just die cut it in the corner of a panel and stamp a sentiment.  I layered gold glitter paper under the die cut and inserted some of the snowflakes cut from white into the panel.
I took a few spare snowflakes (I didn't want to cover up all that gold) and adhered them outside the die area.  This close up shows you the piercing detail on the die cuts and on the background.
I love pink and gold for snow flakes -- ok... so I see the world different alright? LOL!

Join us for our challenge!  It's a fun way to see the stamps in action - making it easy for you to get ideas, AND you could win just for playing along!!

Our challenge this month is "Anything Goes". It doesn't get easier than this - you can make ANYTHING you want for ANY Occasion - just be sure to include at least one Serendipity Stamps image (stamp or die) on your design! You have until October 29 to join us at the challenge - you can find it here at Serendipity Stamps Challenge Blog.

Want to go shopping? The 50% off Stamp of the Month is the Pumpkin Border!!
AND We're offering free shipping on all USA orders of $25 and up - no coupon code required. Offer good October 19-23.

The next stop on this hop is Julie Warner! But before you go... PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT. One random comment will be selected from the blogs on the hop as winner of a $20 gift certificate for Serendipity Stamps! Who knows it might just be YOU! But you have to leave a comment to enter! You have until midnight US EST on Sunday, October 23 to leave a comment. Mary will announce the winner on her blog on Monday October 24.

Here's the complete blog hop list for your convenience.
