Bouquet of Flowers

I don't know about you but I'm really missing flowers lately. The Christmas Poinsettia is gone, and the hibiscus bulbs I had in water jars are bloomed out. Today I will have to make my own flowers and dream of spring time in the yard. I'm playing along at Die Cut Divas Challenge where this time they're looking for FLOWERS!
My card today is made with Spellbinder dies. I started by die cutting a large Picot Petite Oval with white cardstock. I topped it with the Bouquet of Flowers die cut. The set includes all the pieces you need to create a pretty wrapped bunch of flowers including the little bow!
I added a sentiment from a retired sentiment set called Giving Occasions. Time to go shopping and find some that are available and more current!

I cut a whole bunch of flowers in different colors and attached them to the stems. So this bouquet includes three floral sprays - one in reds, one in yellows and one in pinks. The long green foliage I cut from shades of dark and light green.

I wont lie.. it took a while to cut all the little bitty flowers, but I think they look beautiful. I love the cuts in the petals - it's like sunshine on a card!
