Boo To You Cupcake Shaker

It's another rainy day here in the Northwest Indiana. When I was walking the dog this morning I noticed some Halloween decorations starting to appear. I love the life sized human skeleton scenes I come across. Some of them are so creative!

Today I'm playing along with Hand Stamped Sentiments where this is the sketch this time.

I cut strips of colorful cardstock and adhered them to my card front. I thought they looked a little "flat" so to spice things up I added glitter paste spider webs using the Layered Spider Web Stencil.

I topped that with a small rectangle frame (like the sketch) and then added vellum to the center. Under the vellum is a pinch of sequins. This is a really super flat shaker.

Next I added Halloween Cupcakes and a sentiment. Whenever I get a stamp set I usually color 6-10 of each design so I have lots to play with later when the real making happens!
