Pretty Pink Posh August Release Blog Hop!

The new products hit the store on Wednesday August 10 and I can't wait to show you more!

Halloween is my jam so I'm excited to share all the tricks and treats with you! I love it all from cute to scary and everything in between! The new Ghost Friends will have you smiling ear to ear. They have lots of cute accessories like bows, pumpkin buckets and lollipops so you can customize them for your favorite spooks.

I like mixing unexpected colors and elements to make you do a double take - like adding bubblegum pink under the black Slimline Floral Cover panel. Just because it's a slim line die doesn't mean your limited to using it for just that one purpose.

I added a stitched scallop border in orange along the right edge from the Stitched Borders one set. The little golden moon is from the Stitched Duo Two die - I always save my extra pieces in an envelope with the die. This clouds are from the Rainy Days coordinating die set.

I love that it's easy to mix and match different sets! My next card features my second favorite thing about Halloween... the CANDY!

This die set includes it ALL.. gumdrops, suckers, licorice, candy corn, jelly beans and gummy bears too!

I started with the largest of the new Wonky Stitched Rectangles inked with Distress ink. I topped the panel with the Trick or Treat Script Die surrounded with lots of die cut treats.

Several of the treats (like the candy corn and lollipop) include a "solid" background die, and a detailed die cut that you can cut from different colors and stack on the background die.

I like the bright color of the solid cardstock treats, but I think they'd look great inked with Distress ink as well. It's up to you how detailed or layered you make the treats.
