NEW Reverse Confetti Monthly Challenge - Happy Birthday!

Did you know that Reverse Confetti is celebrating their 5th Birthday? There's lots going on this month! We've launched a new store site that's easier to navigate and we're showing new release peeks starting May 5! Jen's even revamped the challenge! Instead of a sketch, the new challenge is based on a theme! 

I bet you guessed the theme for this month LOL! Of course! It's Happy Birthday!

The Candles 'n Confetti has been one of my favorite sets since I first lay eyes on it. I'm happy to use it today for the challenge. I layered the pretty cake on a background of a Whole Lotta Hearts stamped in pastel Confetti colors. To give the panel a finished look I added an All Framed Up die to the outer edge.
