A Blog Named Hero - Watercolor Challenge Begins!

I hope you're having a great day! Maybe you have a little crafty time and you're looking for a challenge to play! A Blog Named Hero has a new challenge that starts on the 15th of every month. This time we want you to add a little watercolor to your project.   If you're looking for the Hero Arts Summer Catalog Hop please scroll down to the next post!

The hardest part of this challenge is deciding which Hero Arts image you want to watercolor. There's lots of different designs that would be perfect for this technique. I colored the rose from Marianne's Flowers stamp set.

I stamped the image with Versafine Vintage Sepia on watercolor paper. The ink resists water so it's ideal for painting. To finish my design I cut a simple frame with the Rounded Rectangle Infinity Dies. The "Just Because" sentiment is from the Layered Topiary stamp set.
So get out those watercolors and join us at A Blog Named Hero!

So jealous of the dimension you got on your leaves - plus the actual color layer. That is truly a skill!
