Do you love to stitch? I used to but not so much anymore. That doesn't stop me from buying stitchable dies. I like the pierced look and how layering allows color to peek through the stitching holes.
This card starts with a red matt on a white card base. I topped it with a Spellbinders retired Picot Petite frame so the red shows through the open die cut holes. I think it looks like lace.I topped the center of the panel with a pierced oval from the Infinity Punch and Pierce Plate. This gives a detailed look to the center of the design.
Finally I cut the Stitched Floral Flip Frame twice from light and dark green cardstock and then added the double cut florals and added them to the design. I added some enamel dots for the flower centers and honestly I don't miss the stitching at all!
I'm linking up at Creative Knockouts where they're looking for stitching either real or faux. I think this one counts!
