Hi friends! Today I'm playing along with the Paper Minutes Challenge where they're looking for Fruits or Veggies this week! I think this one certainly qualifies! I like to start by arranging images on a piece of clear plastic the size of my card base. This helps me decide what to put where before committing and adhering everything in place. When I'm happy it's easy to pick up the entire arrangement and layer it over different backgrounds and get a sneak peek of what my card will look like. I decided on Distress Oxide blended panel in complimentary colors. The Distress Oxide is thick and creamy and makes blending so much easier than original Distress Ink. I spattered the finished panel with water and some white ink - my favorite is Ph. Martins Bleed Proof White Ink.
I love the new Shadow Friend die - its a two piece set that includes a background die as well as the thinner script sentiment. You can layer them or use the thin word die separately.I hope you're having a great day! And sure hope you find some time to craft.
