Snowdrops!

It looks like we're getting our April showers early here in the Midwest as it's been raining for the past few days. That makes for some messy walks with Miss Moriko and her under carriage is splattered with mud! I am starting to see some greenery peeking up from the ground and am anxious to see the first flowers of the year.. SNOWDROPS!
I'm playing along at The Paper Players with this sketch challenge.

I wish you could see this card because it has ALOT of GOLD! It starts with a gold foil background that I cut with the Waffle Flower Nesting Stitched Ovals. The die cut leaves a pretty stitched edge on the outside edge of the cut oval.

The next biggest oval in the die set is cut from gold foil paper. I layered the assembled window over a piece of cardstock that I inked with Distress in shades of green.

I colored the Snowdrops with Copic Makers and tucked them in the frame. The green inside the oval window helps the snowdrops contrast in white.

The sentiment is from the Hello Friend stamp set. I love the mixed font and that the matching die set cuts around the sentiment so it looks fussy cut.
Have a great week! I hope you find some time to play!
