Daffodil Hello

I'm day dreaming about Spring Flowers lately. The weather is getting warmer - making it more of a pleasure to walk Miss Moriko. I'm starting to see shoots of green peeking up from the ground and I know that Daffodils are on their way!

When nature doesn't cooperate I'm always happy to make my own in my craft room. Today I'm coloring Waffle Flower Daffodils.

They're arranged on Geometric Cover die that I layered over a panel of Distress Ink in ombre shades of green.
The Daffodils are colored with Copic markers. The leaves are adhered flat to the background panel while the flowers are adhered with adhesive foam tape. The added dimension makes this card extraordinary.

The little Hello sentiment is from the Vertical Sentiments stamp set. I think this is the ONLY vertical stamp set that I own and I love that I can add a sentiment in a new way.
I hope you are having a great weekend and that your back yard is holding some pretty surprises of it's own. Flowers are always welcome!

I'm linking up to Creative Knockouts where this time they're asking you to pick two ingredients.  I chose flowers and die cuts.
