Birthday Kitties

Can you believe it's Monday already? And on top of that it's a time change Monday... UGH! A little slow getting out of bed today but delighted to see that it's a beautiful Spring day here in my area. I already ran to the store, took Miss Moriko to the store, am on my second load of laundry and now a time for a break.. make time!

Today I'm playing along with Cupcake Inspirations where this time it's all about the pets!

I'm definitely a dog person but gosh kitties are so cute too!

My card starts out with a Distress Oxide background in sherbet colors of lemon orange and raspberry! I stamped a sentiment along the bottom edge and then die cut the panel with the Waffle Flower Confetti die and added gold glitter paper behind the inky panel. This is a party after all! :P

I topped the panel with a double cut Lacy Layers - I just placed the largest rectangle and largest scallop die on my magnetic plate to create a reverse scallop frame for the card.

Kittties and presents are adhered with adhesive foam tape to add a little dimension. All the kitties were colored with Copic markers and are as sweet as can be!
