Waffle Flower June Release Sneak Peeks Day One

Thanks for stopping by! It's a great day for a visit because it's the first day of sneak peeks of the newest Waffle Flower Release! We're calling this one "Green Thumb" because it's all about the garden this time.

Today we're focusing on the latest addition to the Postage Collage collection. This is the Postage Collage "Gardening" stencil. It coordinates with the Postage Collage Frames, Blocks and other die sets that you probably already have.

To show you all the images I didn't cut them apart. I just topped the stenciled designs with a Postage Collage Blocks Die, and then layered an "air mail" stripe stenciled background using the Postage Collage Coloring stencil set.

Toppers include a little caterpillar, pansy and sentiments from other new sets in this release.

Freshly Picked For You

Today I'm playing along at Make My Monday where it's all about Birds and Eggs this time.   I thought I'd share a Postage Collage card using Waffle Flower products. 

I started by cutting the Postage Collage die and think inking it with the Coloring Stencil.  I masked off each stamp so I could ink the blocks in different colors.

Next I stamped images with the Postage Collage Spring Silhouettes stamp set.  It's got lots of beautiful iconic spring images. 

I adhered it to a panel that I inked with the Coloring Stencil.  I had to mask off each little stripe to get them in different colors, but I think it was worth the trouble since it's such fun colors!  It reminds me of Fruit Stripe Gum with the rainbow striped zebra! 

I cut the rainbow stripe panel with a Piercing Rectangle die. The top panel is adhered with adhesive foam so it's raised from the background.

Spring Delivery

Today I'm playing at Crafty Gals Corner where this time it's anything goes with a twist of SPRING! I'm fortunate to live in an area with a change of seasons and I'm always watching for the subtle changes of the seasons. I'm happy to hear the return of bird song in the morning and bulbs sprouting from the ground!

Pink & Main has added on to their Postage Stamp Collection with the SPRING version. I love that I can use the dies from a previous release that coordinate with this seasons stamps!

The die set even includes the circle die for the cancel stamp. The stamp set also has a few small sentiments to embellish your design.

The background is pattern paper that I added some scallop borders to. I love bright colors, and this card is just so HAPPY!

Spring Greetings

Hi friends! I hope you're having a great day! The weather is crazy here in NW Indiana. One day you need a winter coat and the next your digging out shorts! I guess that's what we can expect from SPRING!

Today I'm playing along at Addicted to Stamps and More where this time they want you to use a stamp or a die on your project. That's easy right?

My card starts with a background of die cut Stacked Edges dies from Pretty Pink Posh. I love them because they fit together like puzzle pieces and lay completely flat. You can customize your look just by switching up the colors or perhaps keeping them all the same to create a faux cover plate.

The Potted Daffodils are perfect for me this time of year because I have inspiration from the real thing growing just outside my door. I used some layered Scallop Circles to create a focal point. These are retired, but the Eyelet Circles would look great too!

Layle By Mail Season Pass April Edition

Today I’m sharing four cards made with the latest Layle By Mail Season Pass 2.0 for Spring/Summer. Hello Spring

I hope you're having a great weekend! Lately it's either get out the winter coat, or leave your coat at home weather here. I'm trying to walk every day regardless, but some days are tougher than others! While I'm walking I'm looing for signs of Spring! Today I'm playing at The Card Concept where they're looking for Spring Flowers!

These are the Spring Blooms from Pretty Pink Posh. There are three flower arrangements that are separate from the two containers (the watering can and rectangle) so you can choose what flowers to put in what container.

I cut red bottom layer with the Argyle Pierced Plate and then topped it with a peach panel that was cut with the Pierced Leafy Vines texture plates. I added a Stitched Border with stitched zig zag design to the panel for an ombre effect.

The sentiment is from the same stamp set as the flowers. A big plus when some brands have either a sentiment or an image stamp set. This set has BOTH.
