Michelle is making Christmas Cards and she's asked her friends to challenge her with different techniques or ingredients.
Can you guess what I challenged Michelle to do? Well if you guessed "make a Christmas card entirely from die cuts" then you are right!
I started with a background of Pretty Pink Posh Stacked Edges One borders. These borders are unique and amazing because they fit together to create a smooth background layer with lots of color. The set includes three dies. I usually cut all three at the same time and keep the cuts I didn't use for a different project. This saves time cranking my die cut machine, and the next time I want to make they're ready to go. All these cut borders in blue were waiting ready in my stash.
I topped the borders with new Stitched Poinsettias from the Pretty Pink Posh October release that hasn't been released yet. I tucked in Pine Sprigs, Holly and berries. Pretty Jewels add a little sparkle and shine! The Merry Christmas Script die is cut in gold foil and gold glitter paper for lots of SHINE!
Now you'll want to head on over to Michelle Lupton's Blog and see how she did with my challenge! I can't wait to see!
