I love finding new things! This set is from Hampton Arts / Mama Elephant called Puppy Play. It's a great value because you get the stamps AND coordinating dies for $10.39!

I stamped the pups with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored them with Copic markers.

This set even has two super cute sentiments like this one!

The background was created with distress ink. I used a sticky note that I cut with scissors into a hill as a mask to apply the distress ink. The little mounds of grass ground the pups so they don't look like they're floating.
