WMSC #114 - Happily Ever After

Time for my favorite Saturday Morning ritual - sitting down to breakfast (if I'm lucky DH is at home and cooking!) booting up the computer, and checking who won the Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge.  Another busy weekend for me.  My son has a cross country meet, and my daughter is helping out handing out cold drinks at a charity 5K run.  Me?  I'm just the taxi driver :)  And I am definitely OK with that!!

This week is a fabulous sketch from Design Team Member Anya Schrier.  You might know her from her blog Life is What You Make It.  Anya has a very special place in my heart - she is one of the sweetest people in the world, and I am so proud to call her my friend.  I saw her sketch as the perfect opportunity to add lots and lots of embellishments.  Anya will no doubt amaze me and think of some way to make this design look clean and graphic!  I hope she doesn't think that I "junked this up" too much!!  My version of CAS just looks so naked to me - I can't help it!!!   Sorry Anya!!

I made an elegant layered Wedding Congratulations with lots and lots of mulberry roses.  Here's a few close ups so you can soak in all the extras.
Here's the finished card.  I fussy cut the sentiment following the shape of the swirly script.
I hope you have some time to play along this week.   What a fun design no mater what your style.  Don't forget there's always loads of inspiration from the Mischief Makers on the blog.   I can't wait to see what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs!
Jeanne

I love to get an early peak at your card Friday night. This card is so yummy like a cake. Gorgeous! I love all the layering and dies you used and the pink is so pretty. I had fun making a pink card today as well. Love the stamped French Country in the middle .

I don't know how you do it! There are so many absolutely perfect touches to this card, those teeny pearls, all those gorgeous roses, the embossing on the card base, all those really beautiful layers of diecuts...the way you cut out the sentiment, just as if there had been a die made just for that sentiment. So pretty, wish I was getting married just to receive that card!

Oh, my goodness. This card is just so gorgeous. Of course, you used flowers for those circles. What else could you do? I just love it--it is so beautiful, elegant and frilly.
