Have you checked out the newest collection at Pretty Little Studio? It's by Heather Adams and it's called "Here and There"! The papers are a beautiful mix of pinks and blues, travel inspired with lots of Paris influence! Best of all there are so many embellishments perfectly coordinated that the possibilities are endless!
If you are a card maker like me you will love that you can purchase the paper collection in a 4 x 6" Pack! These are ideal for an A2 size card (4.25 x 5.5") If you add a small solid matt to your cards like I do the 4" size is perfect!
A journaling card makes a perfect base for my collage. This one with a graph background and "bonjour" sentiment is from Jolie 3x4". The set includes 8 different cards so you're sure to find one that speaks to you! I added a few strips of Lovely Vellum tape to the corner of the card to look like it's holding it in place. These are two of the patterns on the vellum tape sheet. Since I only used about a half of each strip I'll have some left for another project.
The Eiffel Tower die cut is included in the Here package. The sentiment "Paris is always a good idea" is from a cut apart sheet called Awesome Flags. Those pretty cabbage Roses are from a sticker set in the collection.
You know I can't resist adding a little peek of doily either. I'm always cutting them in pieces - you'd never see the rest of the doily anyway right? And I have more bits for other projects this way. The Cambridge 4” doily is perfect for cards since it's only 4" across at it's widest point.
Flairs are always eye candy to me - a big shiny button! The hand written look of the fonts throughout the collection - even the hand drawn hearts - makes these look right at home side by side!
The finishing touch for me is always a sprinkle of sequins - these flat pink ones are from the Baby Claire | Pink Mix confetti! I'm sure you'll love this collection! It's enough to get you day dreaming of a trip to a far away place isn't it?
