Merry Christmas Wishes

Sorry I've been missing a little this week. I'm still playing catch up from Thanksgiving. It was great having both my kids home at the same time and having a chance to reintroduce myself to my 1 year old grand daughter. Life is good! Now that everyone is gone and I'm starting to put a dent in the laundry it's time to play!

Today I'm playing along with Freshly Made Sketches where this is the sketch this week. I love that you can adapt just about any image to work with the design! I'm still working on Christmas Cards so I'm using this as an opportunity to get another one made!

I arranged Christmas Cupcakes and Holiday Stockings from Pretty Pink Posh on a Pierced Snowflake Panel in light aqua blue. I love a clean and simple card but white cards are so hard to photograph and I'll use any excuse to add more color to my designs.

The Holiday Stockings stamp set comes with lots of little extras to stuff inside the socks. I scattered them around my design like the dots in the sketch.

For the sentiment I mixed the Merry Christmas Shadow die with Christmas Sentiment Scripts. I love the coordinating Sentiments Strips die set and use it with all of my stamps from different brands.
