Lily of the Valley

I can't tell you how much I appreciate the warmer weather.. after a long winter it's really a treat to step outside and see so much growth. It seems like only a month ago the trees were still mostly bare and now they are lush and green.
One of the very first flowers I'll find in the yard after the bulbs like Daffodil and Tulip are the Lilly of the Valley. The bright white flowers almost glow against their dark foliage and the smell is oh so sweet!

This Lilly of the Valley stamp set is from Waffle Flower. I stamped the image randomly on a panel of kraft cardstock in shades of green Versafine Clair ink . Its a pigment ink so it sits on top of the paper making it more visible on colored cardstock.
I stamped another floral on white cardstock and cut it with an oval Spotlight Frames die and then cut the thin light green oval with the same die. I adhered the framed floral on top of a Lacy Oval dark green die cut.

The sentiment is a hot foil called Subsentiments. It foils several sentiments all at the same time, and then the coordinating die cuts them ALL with one pass of the die cut machine.

I'm linking up to Make My Monday Challenge where they're looking for SPRING. I hope they like this beautiful spring floral.

The fancy pierced frame was the perfect resting spot for the lily of the valley! Lovely card, Jeanne!
