What A Wonderful World

Hi Friends! Thanks for stopping by! It's been a very cold week here in the Chicago area with temps below freezing. I'm blessed that I'm able to stay home and not have to face the winter winds on days like these.
This time of year is my favorite for paper crafting. My craft space is a sweet escape where I can daydream and make for a few hours and go anyplace I'd like to be. In the winter I can be surrounded by flowers and in the Summer I can make snowflakes!
Today I'm playing with Pretty Little Studio's Color Me Happy Collection. It's all sunshine and rainbows here. The colors are bright and happy and even the clouds are smiling!
We're skyward with hot air balloons from Over The Rainbow and Hear Me Roar. The sentiment is from Starbright Words and crystal sequins sparkle in the sunshine! To add dimension some of the elements are adhered with adhesive foam tape while others are adhered flat to the card base.
What a wonderful world where you can go anyplace you can imagine!

We were near 80*F for almost two weeks and now, we're supposed to freeze for the whole week especially tomorrow night and Tuesday night when we're supposed to drop to 12*F. We're not used to this kind of weather. It's scary for us. We'll be 70*F by Friday. ☺☺☺ I hope you are well and staying warm, my friend. Warm hugs! Mari
