Hi Friends! Happy New Year! Things are off to a great start because there's a new Reverse Confetti release to share with you this month! Today (January 4), through January 7 we're counting down to Confetti and sharing peeks at the new release. On January 8 the product will be available in the store and we'll celebrate with a blog hop.
Today we're showing the Lovely Words stamp set. It's a full sheet of outlined words of love. I used the "I Love You" and the XOXOX" on my card today. I stamped a background of the words. I tried lots of different ways to stamp this and have a big pile of rejects to show.. what worked best for me was drawing lines with a pencil and then stamping the words using my old stampamajig. Remember that? It was just easier for me to line up the words on the drawn lines.
I topped the inky words with some colorful hearts in ombre shades of red/pink. The heart stamp is from the Reverse Confetti Congratulations stamp set.
A mini sentiment strip from the So Very Lovely stamp set is the perfect finishing touch.
