Because I's a birthday party I'm loading up lots of colors on my birthday card below!
I colored the birthday cake from Cake and Champagne with pastel stripes using Copic Markers. I wanted to repeat the colors on the background stripes. I applied a piece of packing tape to a panel of card stock before I die cut it with the Diagonal Stripes Panel. This kept the die cut pieces in place leaving an outline pattern for me to color.
To keep the cake from disappearing into the background stripes I adhered it to a solid card stock circle that I cut with the Snow Stars Cover Panel.
