Pretty Little Studio - One Tough Cookie

What a weekend! Mine started with Thanksgiving, and then lots of shopping, eating leftovers, and binge watching. This Monday seems a little rough to get back in the swing of things. A little caffeine might just hit the spot on a day like today. A little pick me up to get things going!

This card started with papers from Pretty Little Studio's Here Comes the Sun Collection. The Pink Frame paper is from the Up in the Air 8" pack that I trimmed down to size for this A2 card. I added some vellum along the right edge - to give the white area a little more detail. This star pattern vellum is called "Reach For The Stars".

Next I layered on some die cuts from "Coffee Time" The set included the coffee cup, cookie, word sentiment and little "One Tough Cookie" sign. I adhered these with adhesive foam tape for more dimension. If you like a flatter clard these die cuts are also available as stickers! The little open heart die on the cup is from the Cactus die cut pack.

The little sign is a good reminder that we're tougher than we think - sweet on the outside, but we can pack a punch right?

I still have to have a little sparkle - so I added some Primrose and Crystal sequins!
