The 12 Kits of Occasions Crafty Friends Are the Best & GIVEAWAY

Hello friends! It's the last day of the month, and you know what that means! It's time for The 12 Kits of Occasions. And guess what? I'm the hostess with the mostest this month! I'm calling this kit "Crafty Friends Are the Best!" because I thought it would be fun to celebrate the friendships we've made through our love of crafting.

In the spirit of friendship I made a handful of extra kits and invited some friends to play along. I hope you'll give them a warm welcome!

This kit contained colorful papers from Vicki Boutin, stamped images from Reverse Confetti, Waffle Flower, Picket Fence and more. The die cuts are from Simon Says Stamp, My Favorite Things and More! Hopefully there are no tricks... if I had to choose one I'm going to guess the wood "Handmade by" buttons. Only one way to find out.. visit the team!

Momenta Intricate Flowers and Butterflies Die GIVEAWAY!

Hi Friends! Thanks for stopping by! Today I'm playing with the Momenta Intricate Flowers and Butterflies die! You can find Momenta products at your local craft stores like Hobby Lobby or on line at Scrapbook.com. They have lots of products (dies, stamps, embossing folders, stencils, ink pads and more) to choose from that you'll love!

My card starts with a simple watercolor background. I used Distress Ink Refills and a water brush for bright bold colors and easy blending.

I topped the panel with the Intricate Flowers and Butterflies die cut from the same watercolor paper as the painted panel.

The "hello" sentiment is from the Hello Word Fetti die set. It includes 9 word dies for one low price! To make the sentiment more visible I cut it from gold glitter paper and topped it with a second die cut from watercolor paper.
