Today I'm playing along at Cardz 4 Guyz where this time they're looking for masculine cards that celebrate Camping or Outdoor Activities. Camping always seems best to me in the fall when the temperatures are a little cooler, and my favorite camping activity would be hiking.
I love going for a walk and finding a secret world so different than home. I delight in every new thing I spy from fungus growing on a tree trunk to ferns and fiddleheads in lush abundance.
My card has lots of layers and texture from the zig zag texture plate in antique linen to the stitched woodgrain.
The detailed ferns are gorgeous ! I cut them from different shades of green to bring out their detail.
Celebrate the little things in life that you take for granted and remember life it beautiful!
