I Love You So Much

I hope your week is off to a good start! Today I'm playing along at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge where this time they want you to "Have A Heart".

My card has lots of hearts. I started with the cute Pretty Pink Posh Valentine Cupcakes. I colored them with Copic Markers and then arranged them on a piece of plastic the size of my card base. This helps me figure out what will go where and makes it easy to slip different papers underneath to help me decide on the background.

This background is a stencil called Half Hearts that I inked on pink cardstock. I used Distress Ink in Candied Apple and Raspberry Fizz for a big WOW! factor.

That big Wow turned into a disadvantage when I added the Scalloped Hearts. To tone it down a little I added vellum behind the hearts and then topped them with a gold foil Hugs Sentiment.
