Smile - Somebody Loves You

Sending you some smiles today and a little love too with this CAS stenciled card!

I still consider myself a novice when it comes to stencils but I'm getting better! I love using the Thermo Web Pixie Spray light tack adhesive to hold the die in place while I ink. That's been a game changer as well as the smaller cosmetic brushes for applying ink.

This stencil is called "Layered Orchid" from Waffle Flower Crafts. I thought I'd make my orchids look like Hibiscus flowers for a more tropical feel.

To add a little more color to the design I inked in some dots in blue with Copic Markers in two different shades. I like how they pick up on the blue in the "smile" sentiment.

The sentiment is from the Oversized Smile stamp and die combo. I like all the little subsentiments that coordinate with that great big word die!
