Hi friends! Today I'm playing along at Stamping Sensations where they are stamping in a Winter Wonderland! That had me thinking of the kids wearing their jammies inside out in hopes of a snow day and what they might want to do if they actually had one.
I know they'd be outside making snowmen. And gosh.. when they were really little we'd put plastic on the deck and flood it to make a skating rink!
My card starts with a die cut background from Waffle Flower - it's called Winter Lake. I filled the "lake" with glittery white paper to make an icy pond perfect for the Winter Fun skaters.
The Winter Fun set has LOTS of accessories including that cute little bird I placed in the tree. Isn't he the cutest with his little cap and rosy cheeks?
I wish you could see the sparkle on this one in person! It's glittery, snowy goodness!
