I'm playing with the Waffle Flower Designer Template 2 that fills all the requirements. The Designer Template 2 makes cardmaking EASY! and you can use the pieces in different combinations for fun cards!
I started making my own designer background. First by cutting a panel of white cardstock using the rectangle A2 die.. it adds a piercing along the edges. next I cut the panel four more times using the pierced leaf border. I used some washi to hold it in place each time, and when it was complete the panel has pierced leaves all over it!
I topped the panel with two big flowers made with the scallop half circle in the set. I cut it twice for each flower and then topped it with the circle band die.
A few leaves are tucked around the flowers and a sprinkle of blue circle embellishments add a little color and fun to the design.
The "Big Birthday Wishes" is from the Personal Sentiments stamp set - and it fits perfectly inside the flower center.
