Popcorn for Pop!

Have you seen the new Popcorn set from Waffle Flower? I think its fantastic! Today I'm sharing a card for Dad because he's my #1 POP! I'm linking up at Cards 4 Guyz where you fill in the blank.. D is for .... Well D is for DAD of course! Or is it? You can play along with whatever D word you like.

The Popcorn set includes a die for popcorn and the popcorn box, a stencil to add stripes to the box and details to the popcorn as well as a stamp set with lots of cute sentiments. I cut the popcorn from light yellow cardstock and added Fossilized Amber Distress Ink accents with a small brush.

I stamped a sentiment on a label from the Personal Envelope die. The set is designed to make an envelope for a gift card but it has lots of dies that can be used for other things.. like the label.

I adhered some of the popcorn flat to the card base while other pieces are adhered with adhesive foam tape. This adds dimension so that little popcorn bucket is overflowing!

You can see the dimension better at this angle! :P And that background die is called Quilt Hexagon Panel. I love the stitching and honeycomb look!
