Sending Cheer!

Today I'm playing along with the Paper Craft Crew and they're celebrating summer. Summer for me is time spent outside, a big glass of sweet tea and FLOWERS! If I'm not in the house making, you'll find me in the garden watering, pulling weeds or just admiring all the pretty that surrounds me!

My card today features the Pink & Main Showering You stamp and die set. This set is great for Spring, special events (baby/wedding shower) or summer. I love the creative potting designs I see when I walk the neighborhood!

I inked, colored and cut the images and then adhered them to a simple Distress Oxide blended background. I stamped the sentiment directly onto the background for an even cleaner look.

My favorite part was adding all the little insects - bees a butterfly, and a dragonfly just give this such a fun look!
