Sweet Birthday Wishes

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you're having a great day. I'm sharing some sweet berries today because we could all use a treat as we get closer to the weekend. I've been so busy! Today I'm going to see my Mom and I know this one will make her happy. I remember going to the farm and strawberry picking when I was young.

This release just hit the store on March 5 so this card has lots of new starting with that great plaid background. There's a new paper pad from Waffle flower called Berry Sweet Gingham Pad. It's sized perfectly for A2 cards and has lots of pretty prints. To break things up a big I added a panel of light pink in the center that was die cut with the Sweet Plaid Texture die.

Next a gorgeous focal point for those pretty strawberries! The Elegant Oval Frame is just the ticket! It's a 2-die set and looks great stacked or single. This time I added more color with a darker pink background die for the white detailed cut.

Those Sweet Strawberries are available as either a stamp or a hot foil plate. The same die cuts both and there is a coordinating stencil set so you can ink them up quickly.

The sentiment is from the new Sweet Plates stamp set. I keep the Subsentiments die on my desk at all times - it's perfect for cutting skinny strip sentiments from any brand.
