Reverse Confetti September Release Blog Hop!

Awesome news! The Reverse Confetti September Release is IN THE HOUSE! You can shop them here! To celebrate we're having a blog hop! If you're hopping along you should have reached me from Audrey Tokach's blog. If you'd like to start from the beginning and get all the details you can do that here at the Reverse Confetti Blog.

The new Cotton and Thistle set is really beautiful and easy to color. You can arrange the flowers in the mason jar that's included or just work with the bundle of flowers.
I stamped the flower stems inside the jar and then die cut the jar. - that removed the heads of the flowers. I stamped the flower image on a separate piece of card stock, colored it with Copic markers, die cut the bunch and then fussy cut OFF the stems. The flowers are adhered with adhesive foam tape to add dimension and look like the are coming out of the jar.
Backgrounds create so much interest when layering. The flowers are adhered to a Lacy Scallop Circle die to look like lace. The background - a pattern of "X's" is a new die called X Marks The Spot. That's a whole lot of kisses right?
I colored the "cotton" flowers pink, made my thistles yellow to look like Dandelions - an honor for any Mom to receive!
The new Vintage Candle set is lots of fun to play with! I really enjoyed arranging the stamped die cut images to make a pretty setting.  I added red pearl halves for the berries!
I made a shaped card with the Pierced Round Top Layers. The shape reminds me of a church window.
I added distress ink in Squeezed Lemonade and Mustard Seed behind the die cut flames to add more color and light. I was so tempted to make an Advent Wreath arrangement (notice the purple candle?).. perfect with rejoice sentiment.
Ready for more Reverse Confetti goodness? The next stop on this hop is Therese Calvird. Here's a complete list of the hop order and all the designers who have projects to share today!

Beautiful cards, Jeanne! I love the layered pinks in the background on the first and the way you colored the bouquet. Great idea for the yellow dandelions! Your candle trio is gorgeous, and I especially like the Pierced Round Top Layer as a church window.
