The Card Concept - I Miss Your Face

Hi and thanks for stopping by! I hope you're having a great day! I'm debating braving the cold windy weather outside. Miss Moriko keeps giving me the puppy eyes and crying. I wish she and I could have a chat so I could explain that I don't have a fur coat like she does.
Today I'm playing along with The Card Concept Challenge. They're calling this one Parisian Postale. I'll tell you the truth.. I thought this one was a bit challenging. I'm a "brights" person and the kraft and black weren't really talking to me. I thought I'd challenge myself and make a masculine card - I never have enough of those!
I won't tell you how many times I switched out the Reverse Confetti Big Chevies Cover Panel Die - should it be kraft, white or black? I decided to stay as true to the photo as possible.. meaning having as much black and kraft as possible, with just a hint of the red and white.
This Arrow die cut is so Reverse Confetti to me. It's the first die I bought from them years ago.
I added a white frame die cut to represent the shape of a letter and added stars for stamps / cancellations and the sentiment stamped on a tag and tied with the twine like a package.
Want to give this one a try? You can find all the details at The Card Concept Blog. I'm glad I gave it a try. It took me outside my comfort zone and I'm happy with the finished card!

Have a great day!
