Pretty Little Studio - Seize The Day!

It's Valentine's Day! I hope you're got some plans with your very special someone! As I've gotten older I've come to realize that it's not the special days that define our relationships, it's the little things that we do every single day that show how much we care about each other. You know.. like making sure to say I love you every day.

It's also Tuesday! That's our Pinterest Inspired day at Pretty Little Studio! Once a week we post a photo to help kick start your creativity - so this pretty watercolor heart today is totally appropriate. As soon as I saw it visions of the Here Comes the Sun - Up in the Air Collection came to mind.
Here Comes the Sun is filled with watercolor designs - think Citrus and Summer .. hot air balloons and hearts! The soft lines are just dreamy and the look is fresh and modern!
I started with a layer of pattern paper and topped that with a Gold Foil 3 x 4 Journaling card from the Coffee Break package. The pink dotted paper on top of that is actually the packaging from this set of journaling cards. I love that there's very little waste with Pretty Little Studio products.. even the packaging is pretty enough to use on your projects.
I topped that with a hot air balloon and cloud die cuts from "Higher". This pack has 28 die cuts so have lots to play with! I thought one of the clouds would be the perfect place for a sentiment. A Sticker from the Think Positive sheet fit perfectly!
Now for my favorite part.. embellishing! A yummy Flair always looks like shiny candy for my eyes. This one is from Rain.
And some pretty Golden Sequins to match the gold striped journaling card for more sparkle and shine!
I hope you have a beautiful day!

Such a light and airy feel to your beautiful card, Jeanne! I love the gold foil stripes as a layer to separate the watercolor layers.
