Wish You Were Here

Today I'm playing at A Cut Above where June is Anything Goes! I'm sharing a card made with lots of NEW from Pretty Pink Posh!  Summer is here and I'm thinking a trip to the beach might just be the thing go cool off!!

I started by making the Sand Bucket Shaker. I filled it with glass beads from the new Paradise mix. They're shades of pink and orange and totally yummy.

Next I added some seaweed and a few seashells. The background is the new Pierced Chevron Cover Plate. The sandy hills are from the Shoreline Borders die set that are perfect for beachy dunes or watery waves. I cut the sand from kraft cardstock and ten added some Distress ink shading and splatter.

The sentiment is from the new Beach Fun stamp set. The coordinating die set fussy cuts the fun sentiments.

Makes you want to hit the beach doesn't it? LOL!
