Sketched Poinsettia

Today I'm playing along at Daring Cardmakers Challenge where it's Christmas in July! I love the Sketched Flower Series from Waffle Flower and the new Poinsettia is absolutely GORGEOUS!

I love that the flowers in the series come together quick and easy.. just stamp, ink with the coordinating stencil and cut with the coordinating die cut.

I used the Oversized Postage die to create a focal point for that pretty bloom. I'd been curious about the Lindys Gang Magical Powders for a while and had fun making this watercolor background in green.

A simple sentiment and a few clear enamel dots to look like des drops finish the design.
