My card started with a distress ink block background. I used removable tape to create the squares. I inked them in with distress ink, and then stamped the confetti inside the blocks in coordinating ink colors.
I topped the panel with the yummy cake. I am always looking at the rainbow layer cakes and thought I'd try to recreate that on paper. I raised the section with the colorful stripes to add some dimension.
The die set comes with LOTS of accessories so you can personalize messages to the recipient in the layers. There's also a little candle, whipped cream, and little fruit pieces that will make your slice of cake even more tempting!
Not a big fan of surprises? That's ok.. you can wait until each kit is revealed on the first of every month and buy then. Me personally? I do love a surprise.. I haven't had a set yet that I didn't like and oh.. what a nice surprise just for me!! LOL!!
