Pretty Pink Posh June Release Blog Hop!

Hi friends! What a great day for a visit! Pretty Pink Posh is celebrating their new June release with a blog hop and some giveaways you wont want to miss!

This is the second day of the two day event, and if you're following along you should have reached me from Melody Rupple's blog! If you'd like to start at the beginning and get all the details you'll find them here at the Pretty Pink Posh blog! There's lots to see so let's get started! 

I had lots of fun coloring all the sweet animals from the three new sets to create this scene. All of the images are colored with Copic markers and arranged on a distress ink background.

I keep sheets of clear plastic the size of my card front handy to arrange images before I commit to adhering them in place. The clear sheet is also easy to pick up and lay over different colored backgrounds to help me decide what colors I like best.

The Simple Sentiment is stamped on a new Simple Strip die. There are FIVE dies in the set so you can cut several at one time in different widths. 

The stitched frame around the edges is from the new Nature Essentials. The set includes a tree, grass, cloud and water die inside the outside frame so it's handy for lots of different projects.

Say hello to the new HI Shaker Frame! I layered mine over a rainbow background of Stitched Strips.

This set also includes FIVE dies so you can cut alot at the same time. They're not just for sentiments when you can make a pretty color blocked quilt background like this!

I used up a ton of scrap paper cutting these strips and I have LOADS left over for other projects. The stitched detail is eye candy! 

I added some gold stripes and a scatter of gold jewels to the card for a bit of bling, or is it the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow?
