I created a shaker tag with the Scallop Circle Tag die. I cut a circle from the center of the die to create a frame. Inside the window is the new Penguin Pals on a distress ink background. Pretty Pink Posh has the prettiest embellishments. This shaker is filled with Iridescent Mini Circle Confetti and Lilac and Clear Seed Beads.
