Hi friends! I hope you're having a great day! It's another hot day in Indiana - doesn't some ice cream sound like the perfect treat right now? I'm playing with Altenew Summer Swirls.

I inked all the images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with Copic Markers. Then I cut them out with the coordinating die set. I usually cut an color several in different shades when I get a new stamp set. That way I can play around with different colors and I have lots of extras for the next time I reach for the set. 

With all the work out of the way it was time to play! I inked up a panel of white card stock with distress ink and then die cut it with the Altenew Doodled Dots background panel die.

I adhered the yummy cones and bar with adhesive foam tape to add some dimension and added a sprinkle of gold sequins.

Looks yummy right?
