Fusion - Floral Fantasy

It seems like the week is winding down fast and the weekend will be upon us soon. If the weathers nice I'm sure there will be some project or another to keep us busy around the house. When break time rolls around I like to craft. It's my mental vacation to beautiful places.

A new challenge begins today at Fusion Card Challenge and look at the pretty inspiration photo. Isn't it romantic? A pretty homespun pile of pillows and quilts ready for you and maybe your someone special to enjoy some star gazing! 

Remember if you aren't loving the inspiration photo you can work with the sketch. If you're feeling clever like I am this time you can FUSE them together. I turned the sketch up side down! 

When I think of romantic floral images my mind always turns to Altenew. I don't think there's anybody that does florals better in the entire crafty world. 

These images are from the Floral Fantasy stamp set with coordinating dies. The stamp set I used didn't have any sentiments included so I used one from a different set called Beautiful Day. The bit of die cut lace is from a Creative Edges border die called Lace. 

The finishing touch is a sprinkle of Rose Gold Jewels from Pretty Pink Posh. The jewels are my favorite new embellishment and I'm using them on everything. They're small enough to be easy to mail, and nothing matches they're shine. If you haven't tried them yet please do! They're nicer than the gems on those sticker sheets in the craft store and they're easy to adhere with glue. A small package gives you plenty and they come in lots of colors!
