Do you love tags? We'll I've got the challenge for you ! It's Tag You're It! of course! Every two weeks there's a new challenge to play along with. I use tags all the time to dress up everything from a bag of cookies or chocolate dipped pretzels, or to tie around gifts that are hard to wrap like a bottle of wine - you know the sort of things you might stick in a gift bag.
The inspiration tag this time is from my sweet friend and DT member Joyce Mehrberg! Joyce is the Queen of Clean (clean and simple that is), but she pulled out all the stops for this one. She created a cute shaker scene - Christmas in the city - complete with a yellow cab and Santa flying by.
This one reminds me of going to my Grams on Christmas Eve and hearing the announcer on the radio say that there's been sightings of Santa in the area. I remember looking up at the night sky and hoping to catch a glimpse... and thinking YES! he's on his way!!
I hope this one captures the magic of the season - peeking Santa through your bedroom window.. knowing he's bringing all your crafty hearts desire!

Not only do I adore your Santa image, but all those little details - the shape, the metal eyelet, the holly with its sparkly red berry, the wee star, the gingham ribbon and twine - transform this to a work of art! Gorgeous...absolutely gorgeous!
Hugs~c

I've always loved this Santa stamp with all eight reindeer. It shows great sense of motion. Love your sweet tag--so wonderful with a gingham bow and that perfect little star!

I just love your festive and beautiful tag. I hope that santa is headed to your place with something from your wish list. I love that you were inspired by my flying santa and reindeer. I can hear the jingle bells already.
So sweet...I love your wonderful Santa and his reindeer.
