Brighter Days Are Ahead

Today I'm playing at Moving Along With The Times and Pearly Sparkles Challenge Blog where they're both looking for one or more butterflies.

I thought I'd go CAS - Clean and Simple today with this card featuring the Pink & Main's Brighter Days stamp set. First I swiped the new TWINKLE ink in rainbow shades to create a background. These new inks are dye based - meaning they sink into the paper, and leave behind a gorgeous sparkly shimmer.

I topped the rainbow stripes with a clean butterfly and sentiment that I stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink. This ink always leaves a crisp impression on any detailed stamp.

The finishing touch is a few gold jewels that come on a sheet complete with sticky adhesive so just peel and stick.
