This card has a distress ink background. I inked first with light shades of blue and green (Tumbled Glass and Twisted Citron), covered the panel with a Tim Holtz Bubbles stencil and inked with darker shades.

The cute images are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copic Markers. The coordinating die cuts make them easy to cut and arrange. 

A white gel pen is great for adding accents. Some basic shape dies like circles are great too for making a sun or moon to help bring your scene to life.
