Simple Stories Let's Go! Collection

Thanks for stopping by! It's that time of year when thoughts turn to time spent with family hitting the road for vacation, to visit distant friends and relatives and set off on a new adventure.

Today I'm sharing EIGHT cards made with the Simple Stories Let's Go! Collection. It's perfect for travel by plane, train or automobile! I love the little luggage tags, maps, cars, suitcases and bags.

The collection has all the extras.. 12" and 8x6" papers, washi, decorative brads, stickers, chipboard, enamel dots, printed die cut images and lots more perfect for cardmaking or page layouts capturing special memories.

I'm smitten with the colors in this collection.. pink, yellow and orange with a pop of aqua blue for some contrast!

The washi pack includes 5 rolls in two different sizes and the prints on them are so cute.. stripes, license plates, plaid and even a map print.

I love the 12" sheet of cut apart journaling cards that are perfect for layering. This time they look like diner receipts, luggage tags and road maps.

This collection brings to mind road trips and the fun discoveries we've made along the way like stopping for gas in Kentucky and finding the best fried chicken, or cheese curds in Wisconsin, or our very first Krispy Creme donuts. You just never know what you're going to discover along the way.

I had to laugh at the price of gas on this pump.. but it looks like a throwback to the 50's so maybe that was more realistic then. It's still cheaper than flying if you don't mind a drive.. the secret is to make some stops along the way.. it's not just about the destination.
