Reverse Confetti August Blog Hop

Hi and thanks for stopping by! It's the 8th of the month... that means it's time to hop with Reverse Confetti! If you're hopping along you should have reached me from Audrey Tokach's blog. If you'd like to start from the beginning and get all the details you can find them here at the Reverse Confetti Blog! If you're looking for different ways to use your Reverse Confetti stamps and Confetti Cuts this is the hop for you because this time we're sharing ANYTHING BUT A CARD.
I made some treat toppers using the Scalloped Bags and Tags Creator. I cut the die s normal with Confetti Cardstock. I scored a line at 2" and 2 1/4" from the straight edge of the die cut. This made a "U" shaped topper to fit over the top of a folded bag. These paper bags are from Hobby Lobby and come in white, craft and black
I like to make treats to give away. They're always handy when I get a visit from some youngsters. And I'm notorious for leaving them behind when I pay a visit. My take on treats is that they should be quick and easy to decorate because most of the time you have to make ALOT - either for a party or school event. A simple 2" strip of pattern paper across the front is room enough to decorate.
I added images from Sealiously and Hippo Pool Party to decorate these but any of the stamp sets would work for this. And just SOMETIMES you get lucky and find a treat with just the right width to decorate with this die like this Twizzlers pack I found.
You should never feel limited to size for your treat toppers. Cardstock and the Double Sided Scalloped Border will accommodate most treat bag sizes you can think of. Just remember to have fun!

Ready to see more Reverse Confetti stamps and dies used in unexpected ways? Your next stop is Deanne Kuntz. Here's a complete list of all the designers with projects to share to day!
