It seems like everyone is getting ready for Thanksgiving. My last trip to the grocery store was so hectic - lots of shoppers that made maneuvering through the store quite a task. It's stock up time in the midwest! LOL! The cold weather gets you thinking of some home cooking - something to throw in the oven to help warm up the house! Today I've got a roast in the oven and time to play! Another great challenge begins today at Fusion Card Challenge. Don't you just love that inspiration photo? If you're not as nuts about it as I am you don't have to use the photo, you can work with the sketch design.
I tried to be a clever little bean and FUSE the sketch and the photo together. I stared with a neutral background so the colors really pop on this one.I love all the double stamp flowers that are available now and reach for them whenever I can. This is the Pretty Little Peonies set from WPlus9. I stamped them in the colors from the photo and tucked them in a die cut pumpkin.
All the black accents are a nod to the dark "welcome" sentiment on the white pumpkin in the picture.
Ok so now it's your turn! Fusion Card Challenge is bi-monthly so you have plenty of time to play along!
