I had to put up some green to wish you a Happy St. Patrick's Day! Fusion had the perfect challenge to help me out. I had a hard time mixing and matching elements before I came up with something that I liked. It's like putting together a puzzle trying to get all the pieces to fit sometimes. I made it harder than it had to be because I could have just chosen to work with the inspiration photo OR the sketch. I always try to combine both - that's where it gets tricky sometimes.
I was inspired by the green flowers. I stamped a lime green flower background and topped it with some flowers fussy cut flowers that I stamped in a darker green and added some highlights to with Copic markers. A few little gems to add some sparkle, and some lush velvet ribbon and I'm done!
