North Pole Air Mail

Today I'm playing along at Cards 4 Galz where this time it's Build Me a Snowman! I know you all have a snowman stamp, stencil or die so no excuses for not playing along!

Waffle Flower has done it again with an addition to the Postage Collage line. This is the Nesting Postage Collage that makes a big rectangle stamp. There's two different die sets - one that cuts a perforated edge like a stamp called Nesting Postage Collage, and the clean line "block" style called Nesting Postage Collage Blocks.

There are different stencil sets too! So you can create different oversize stamp images! This is the Let it Snow set that includes the stenciled snowman, round penguin image, and the little rectangle with the stenciled mountains. The coordinating stamp set includes all the stamps on my card today.

To get all the layers I started with the Rhombus Texture die topped with the Rhombus Panel, Topped with a stenciled A2 Pierced Piercing Layer (you could also use the Postage Collage Blocks, but this is a solid die so you'd have to cut it before you color it. I inked a panel of cardstock and used the open Piercing Rectangle to help me line it up. The oversize stamps are the top layer.

Floral Christmas

The holidays are creeping up fast! I hope you've been making away and have a big stash of holiday cards ready to go. If not, you should check out the Pretty Little Studio shop! They've got several beautiful collections to choose from!

My card today is made with the Comfort and Joy Collection. It's not bright, and it's not pastel. It's the "just right" in between.

I love the gorgeous florals in the collection that you can arrange. There's even a few die cut floral clusters that are already arranged to take out the guess work. The collection also has dried spices and fruits, ornaments, cozy cups and sweet little birds and other cute critters.

 There's loads of embellishments too - journaling cards, die cuts, scallop borders, stickers, faux stitches, sentiments, word strip stickers, tags, frames and lots more!

The hardest part will be deciding what collection you love best!

My Creative Scrapbook November 2025 Main Kit

The papers are traditional red and green with some aqua blue for highlights. There are lots of neutrals and solids in the pack so you can use the rub ons and embellish as you like.

I used 3/4" journaling cards to create focal points and embellished them with die cut images. I like to adhere some flat to the card and add adhesive foam tape to others to make the card dimensional with some elements popped up.

The kit also comes with a sheet of tags that you can cut apart. I used some on my cards and the left overs are going into the stash for presents in December!

My cards always start the same way. I lay out all the different elements and select pieces that seem to coordinate or are proportioned for scenes. Like this card, pairing the Santa image with the North Pole Official Notice and Dear Santa word cut.

The best part is always embellishing. Start with a foundation like these mugs and add more until you're happy with the pieces you've assembled.

The kit includes everything you need to make these cards. The only items I added were the card bases, solid cardstock papers, gems and adhesives.
