Layle By Mail Winter/Spring Season Pass 2.0

+
Today I’m sharing four cards made with the latest Layle By Mail Season Pass 2.0 for Winter/Spring. The paper pack includes (12) exclusive 12x12 double-sided papers (and the 12x12 cover sheet also has an additional pattern on the back side!). I also used the exclusive die cuts and wordstrip stickers from the collection on my designs.
From ringing in the new year in January, Valentine fun in February, and the magic of Spring in bloom, everything in the Winter/Spring Season Pass 2.0 is designed to help you capture the season’s most meaningful moments with ease and style. My focus today was creating four March/Spring themed cards.
This kit is ideal for documenting special moments or creating fun cards to celebrate the change of season with family and friends. The papers and die cuts are easy to separate into the different occasions, but are also perfectly coordinated to work together if you like.
I like to use the 3x4” journaling cards to create focal points for my designs. They are usually a solid color which makes them perfect for layering over busy pattern papers. Some even have printed sentiments so all you need to do is add embellishments!
I’m primarily a card maker and with the addition of the Layle By Mail Sentiments die cuts I can make cards for all different occasions. The sentiment die cut pack includes 103 die cut sentiments in different fonts, shapes and for different occasions.
The kit has everything you need to make all of my cards. The only items I added are the card bases, solid cardstock matts, adhesives and gems from my stash.
I will use these cards to send to friends and family to let them know I’m thinking of them and wishing them well after this past long winter. The promise of spring brings hope and the promise of better days ahead
Here's a photo of all four cards together so you can see the variety of things you can make.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!  I'm linking up to Love Those Pretty Papers Challenge!

Happy Easter!

Today I'm playing at A Cut Above! I'm mixing two of my favorite things.. die cuts and pattern papers to make a fun shaker card celebrating EASTER!
I started by cutting the Stitched Egg from some floral paper and then putting clear acrylic on the reverse side. Next I added sprinkles on top of the rainbow stripe paper and adhered the floral panel to it. I added a red Stitched Egg inside the open window and then added the sentiment and embellishments.

The bunnies from the Pink & Main Easter Flag stamp set were super easy because I basically left them uncolored. Just a little blush in the cheek and the ears.
The stacked flower is from the Spring Flowers die set that includes LOTS and LOTS of flowers. I just selected two and stacked them.
I hope you find some time to play! Creating is the best relaxation I can recommend!

Pink & Main March Release and Instagram Hop!

The March release from Pink & Main is here! This month Pink & Main turns 12, so we are celebrating with our annual birthday-themed release! We have fun new stamps to color and sweet treats to assemble and share. For you card kit lovers, we have a new Celebrate Quick Card Kit! There’s new product categories - Shaker Glitter as well as Paint & Splatter. And as always, we have a fun new selection of Foilables to choose from!
My card today features the new Birthday Postage Stamps set! Each little stamp is a scene with iconic birthday images! They're easy to color and if you have the dies from a previous Postage Stamp release the dies are the same - no need to buy another set unless you want to cut two at a time!
I added 3/4" stripes of colorful cardstock to create a background for the images. Next I adhered them over the stripes. The set also includes a few circular "cancel" stamps. I stacked those over some gold glitter Zig Zag Circles to add a little bling.
A sprinkle of Gypsy Confetti is the finishing touch because this is absolutely a party going on!
I'm linking up to Addicted to Stamps and More where this time they're looking for BIRTHDAY cards!

And now the part you've been waiting for...
