To My Favorite Peeps!

Hey peeps! I hope you're having a great day! Easter is coming up FAST! We went grocery shopping today and the stores were PACKED! Everyone is getting ready for an Easter FEAST!

I'm sending you a little Easter love with this card.. almost entirely dies from Waffle Flower's Egg Hunt Icons die set! It's got some of the sweetest dies you ever saw including that basket, etc., and sweet little chicks complete with bunny costumes.

That pink background is the Dashed Diamond Texture die. It takes a plain solid cardstock panel to the next level!

The punny sentiment is from Egg Hunt Sentiments. It has a coordinating die set that fussy cuts it for you. Oh yes.. the grass die is included in the Postage Collage Bunny.

Hello Spring

I hope you're having a great weekend! Lately it's either get out the winter coat, or leave your coat at home weather here. I'm trying to walk every day regardless, but some days are tougher than others! While I'm walking I'm looing for signs of Spring! Today I'm playing at The Card Concept where they're looking for Spring Flowers!

These are the Spring Blooms from Pretty Pink Posh. There are three flower arrangements that are separate from the two containers (the watering can and rectangle) so you can choose what flowers to put in what container.

I cut red bottom layer with the Argyle Pierced Plate and then topped it with a peach panel that was cut with the Pierced Leafy Vines texture plates. I added a Stitched Border with stitched zig zag design to the panel for an ombre effect.

The sentiment is from the same stamp set as the flowers. A big plus when some brands have either a sentiment or an image stamp set. This set has BOTH.

The challenge this month is to add some pattern paper or some stenciling to your design. That's easy enough right? Both make great backgrounds or can be added to your solid die cut images!

I used pattern paper on my card to define tabletop and wall for my little scene. I started with that Nordic Cozy Cocoa cup in blue and then started adding from there. My mind is on Easter lately so I added a Nordic Happy Bunny to greet you!

I added a double cut sentiment to make it stand out more against the busy patterned paper background. The finishing touch is a sprinkle of Spring florals from the Hand Picked Bouquet and some Christmas Fairy Crystals bling!
